Still from the video project “BLOCK B”
By Chris Chong Chan FuiThis sounds like an amazing and even fun project, I wish I could actually see the video.  Here, the artist documents life in this apartment building in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from afar, and with imagined dialogue infused into the soundtrack.  The project captures the daily life of the complex’s residents, who are mostly immigrants who are working under temporary contracts.  The imaginary dialogue is meant to direct the viewer’s attention to all the small, individual dramas unfolding in each apartment.

Here’s another good article about the project, giving a few more details.
